DESCRIPTION |
Also known as red maple, Acer rubrum is adored for its vibrant colors in the fall. The leaves turn from dark green to brilliant red. Because of this, their soil, and relative pollution tolerance, they make a popular landscaping tree. However, not all red maples have red leaves. In fact any nursery boasting so is committing fraud.
